NO refunds/exchanges on items that are simply unwanted are permitted. However, if you recieve a damged or faulty item, this can be exchanged or refunded. You must send an email to Sotrndy.email@example.com inquiring about your item within 7 days that your order is received. A reciept or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds (If applicable):
Following the receipt of the returned product, you will be notified via e-mail, regarding whether or not you are entitled to a refund.
It will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. (Days may vary depending on your method of payment and/or bank issuer.)

Exchanges (If applicable):
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items include: Products worn on the face. ie: face masks, cosmetics, etc.
The item is your responsiblitly until it is fully returned and recieved by me. To ensure your item reahces its destination, using a service that allows parcel tracking is highly recommeded.
If returing your item from outside of Canada, be sure to clearly print "Returned Goods" and ensure the value on the parcel is Zero. DO NOT use courier services as this will result in courier fees. In this case the item will either be refused or charged back to you.
• Shipping costs are based on the chosen delivery method. We ship to the United States and United Kingdom with a flat rate of $25 and Canada with a flat rate of $15. We currently DO NOT ship worldwide and only to the designated areas listed above. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and then proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will display here.
•. Additional charges may apply to international countires outside of Canada or for large/ heavy items. This will display at checkout.
•. Pick-ups and Drop-offs are available to all customers local to the GTA. If you select one of two options please wait for me to contact you to confirm pick-up and drop-off times.
•. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, it will be displayed. Please feel free to let us know if this item is a product favourite so we can be prompt with the restrock.
•. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and come from the date of shipping, rather than the date you placed your order. This is not exact.
